Each child comes on a 30 day trial period. We reserve the right to refuse care to anyone. Below are some reasons Smiling Faces has the right to terminate as required by law or my provider’s policy:
- Failure to provide a physical exam within 30 days of enrollment.
- Failure to provide updated and accurate immunizations for the child.
- Failure to pay fee & penalties or delinquent fees.
- Three late pick-ups within a 6 month period.
- Failure to adhere to Smiling Faces policies or agreements.
Group settings are not appropriate for all children. In the event your child shows signs of behavior that may harm themselves, other children or adults, we reserve the right to withdraw services even after the 30 day trial period.
