I share with my staff that each day spent with these children should have a “purpose”. You put your trust in us to care for your children, during your absence. We need to honor families and serve that purpose to love, care, nurture, educate, motivate, praise, guide, comfort, recognize, and support each child.
The preschool age is a time of boundless energy and intense curiosity. They are like sponges soaking up information from what they hear, learn, and discover. Children have a thirst for knowledge and for attention. We, as adults, need to facilitate and be role models for our future pioneers. I believe providing an enriched program will help feed the developing child. Smiling Faces will nurture and foster each child socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.
The Preschool years should be about SMILES and laughters!
